Either tour option is beneficial for attracting buyers and reducing unnecessary physical showings but they do have differences.

• 360 Matterport Tours are great for MLS properties that want to invest in a higher quality interactive tour that's easier to navigate with dollhouse and floor plan views, I require an additional fee for hosting them past 12 months and they cannot be shared on the Zillow marketplace.
• Zillow 3D Home Tours are more affordable and a better option for ongoing listings like PadSplit rentals because they require no additional hosting fees. They consist of lower quality, stitched panoramic photos, provide a less interactive virtual tour and can make listings stand out on Zillow.
