Why a 2D FLOOR PLAN?

It's an affordable addition to photos that show interested buyers/renters a clear layout of where everything is located in the home. For PadSplit properties in particular, I take time on titling each numbered room in red and bathrooms in bold lettering to help avoid confusion. Floor plans are always provided a version with measurements as well for reference if furniture needs to be brought into the home in the future, see examples below.
