I’m a real estate photographer with a passion for capturing the essence of homes and the stories they tell. I was born in Lakeland, Florida, and raised amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Polson, Montana. I’ve lived in various places, but Jacksonville has become my home.
With my love for creativity and a camera in hand since I was 13, I’ve explored various photography genres, but it was at 22 that I discovered my true calling in real estate photography. As someone who is detail-oriented I find importance in highlighting the unique features of each property, whether it’s a cozy Airbnb or a modern PadSplit listing. I offer a variety of services designed to make every listing shine, helping clients connect with their dream spaces.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me exploring my other passions - whether it’s painting a canvas, making music, tending to my garden or caring for my cats. I believe that creativity knows no bounds, and I strive to infuse that spirit into every project I undertake. Let’s work together to tell your property’s story!
How long does a shoot take?
A.Depending on the size of the property, for just photos it can range from 30 mins - 2 hrs. The more services added on, the longer a shoot will be.
How soon are photos delivered?
A.Final photos will be delivered the following day after the shoot by 5 pm at the latest. If you need photos even sooner the following morning, let me know!
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
A.It is not a requirement for you to meet me at the property, just keep in mind I will need codes to enter if no one is there.
What can I expect?
A.Once the shoot is booked, I will confirm with you the day of and let you know when I will be arriving at the property. Occasionally I will bring someone to help get everything photo-ready (this includes turning on all the lights and opening all the blinds for optimal lighting until the shoot is over.) If you choose not to be there, when the shoot is done I will send you a text that the property is all locked up with the lights off/blinds closed. You can expect professional photos to be delivered by 5 pm the next day in an organized client album for you!
How do I book?
A.On the "Book A Shoot" page you can view my availability and book online by filling out the questionnaire or use my contact info below!
When and how do I pay?
A.Payment is not expected until after you have reviewed the photos. (However if you decide to pay in cash or check, it's required to be received the day of the shoot in person.) Credit/debit card payment is accepted directly through the preview gallery that is emailed the day after the shoot. The same email will have a PayPal invoice option and info for Zelle if preferred. A download link for the photos is emailed immediately after payment is received!
